Eat Me Guilt Free’s recipes are handcrafted by a registered nurse in the Magic City of Miami, Florida. We are committed to creating protein-packed, portable, better-for-you foods. Eat Me guilt Free provides healthy solutions for people who strive to live a healthy and active lifestyle without sacrificing their favorite foods. That’s right — no more skipping dessert. Or bread, for that matter. Our founder, Cristie Besu, a first generation Cuban-American, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. As a single mother of three, she kept herself busy as an ER nurse, fitness enthusiast and sports nutritionist. Seeing a need for guilt-free snacks in the market, she added “baker” to her already brimming resumé. Given her background, she handcrafted each recipe with health and function in mind. Our products are baked in small batches by artisanal bakers using quality ingredients. The added bonus? Our brownies, blondies, cakes, bread and wraps taste b-a-n-a-n-a-s. Literally.Read their story
