About ELODIE VAUGEOIS

Élodie is a pattern designer and illustrator, who lives in Paris, has been passionate about portraits, nature and its colors, patterns and illustration since she knew how to hold a pencil. She attaches paramount importance to craftsmanship, to the handmade, since she draws in pencil before adding a final touch of color or texture via digital. She signs articles in small series that come to life on paper or textile. Loving to navigate between these two worlds, although very different, drawing remains at the heart of his creative process. Each season, she imagines and creates floral patterns, which enchant everyday life through a varied range of objects such as stationery, cards, posters as well as textile accessories such as scrunchies, hair clips... Her colorful universe, both delicate and poetic, is available on materials carefully selected for their quality of rendering and their durability over time. The illustrated posters are printed on high quality FSC certified textured art paper in a workshop in Paris. As for postcards and textile items, they are printed in London and sewn by hand in his Parisian workshop.Read their story
