Chevalier Collection Ltd. has a passion for developing and curating innovative products that enhance the wine drinking experience. Our mission is to bring innovative wine accessories to the wine and gift markets by developing products which are protected by our utility patents, while at the same time conducting research and development into new ideas that will further enhance the wine drinking experience for our customers. Based in Los Angeles, Chevalier Collection was formed in 2010 and awarded patents for a Beverage Cup with Decanting, Mixing, or Aerating Cell shortly after its inception. The concept for the patent was conceptualized by its founders, Dillon and James Burroughs. The Burroughs Family has a long history of patent innovation that has impacted several different industries, most recently the battery industry in the 1990's.
