Founded by Justin and Trisha in Burlington, Vermont, Ecobean grew from a simple belief: healthy food and beverages should never require compromise. In 2012, we opened Vermont's first food establishment to use only organic and gluten free ingredients, creating recipes with clean, thoughtfully selected ingredients that our customers could feel good about enjoying every day. Over the years, thousands of loyal customers helped shape the products we make today. In 2020, we brought that same philosophy beyond our café and into retail stores by creating a growing collection of better-for-you food and beverage products. Our USDA Organic Yerba Mates provide clean, plant-based energy, our Feel Good Fusions combine refreshing flavor with B vitamins, prebiotics, postbiotics, electrolytes and trace minerals, and our premium dressings are made with avocado oil instead of seed oils and high-quality organic ingredients.
