About The Living Workshop

The Living Workshop was founded by Monika Chatterton in June 2020. Our intention is to create tools for self-exploration, self-awareness and self-growth, that will help people to cultivate a more empowered life. Monika is a London based graphic designer, yoga teacher and hypnotherapist. Monika’s intention is to create beautiful yet functional journals, that are designed around the notation that through writing, planning, exploring, and committing to yourself, your potential becomes limitless. Monika is living in London with her husband and their dog Toast, and journals are just the beginning of her journey, the rest is yet to unfold. Monika has a strong sense of intuition and she follows her interests, and she believes that we are all creators at our core, and our magic to create is limited only by the reaches of our imagination. The Living Workshop is a reflection of that, it is a space where we hope you can explore yourself, the past, the present and the future, the good and the bad, your interests and your passions, where you can create yourself, as the name suggests The Living Workshop is a space equipped with tools for living, but you get to decide what living means to you.
