The vision for Luxa began in 2007 after Angela lost a lifetimes collection of jewelry. This was the one box missing from the moving truck when relocating from the coastal Massachusetts town of Ipswich to San Diego, California. She took this as an opportunity to remake and recreate. Angela has been drawn to crystals, stones and beads for as long as she can remember. This innate passion to design has created a path for passion to become a career. An educational background in Kinesiology and personal training coupled with the desire to wear jewelry versatile enough for a workout or a night out, is the driving force for what Luxa is today. Luxa Jewelry started out as a hobby creating pieces for close friends and family. This soon grew into more and more custom requests and turned into a full-fledged business. In 2010 Luxa was officially born, named after Lux a rescue puppy taken from their family too soon. Luxa is a reminder to love passionately, find beauty in everything and most importantly to follow your dreams. Quality materials are always a must! Sterling Silver and 14k gold fill grace the presence of all chain and findings. Natural stones and one of a kind shapes lend to crave worthy pieces.
