About Holly's Lollies

Holly's Lollies was born in the summer of 2013. Holly was on a summer break from University and running a successful food blog. Whilst playing around with recipes she started making confectionery, first it started with fudge and toffee, then moving onto more complicated sweet treats, and finally, lollies. What started out as just a hobby soon became more, as friends and family insisted on buying them. Sure enough shortly after setting up an Etsy store, Holly discovered people really did love them, gaining coverage in national press and blogs and attracting interest from huge wholesale buyers. Holly, however had to go back to university and gave up the shop. In 2015 with a degree under her belt, Holly, aged 22, quit her graduate job and took a gamble on setting up Holly's Lollies as a full time business. Read their story
