About HUSHOOTS

Hushoots is the result of a meeting between three high school friends. After gathering a community of ocean enthusiasts with our surf photo page (@hushoots), we wanted to create something more concrete. A SURF INDUSTRY ADRIFT The problem with surfing today is that it is polluting in all its aspects: we drive to go surfing, the materials of our boards are highly polluting, and the clothes we wear are made on the other side of the planet. We quickly became aware of the environmental impact of the clothing industry. So, we came up with the idea of rethinking the world of surfing in our own way. OUR ALTERNATIVE AGAINST THE CURRENT What we want: to continue bringing together ocean enthusiasts around increasingly mindful and alternative consumption. Childhood friends, we have always wanted to invest in an adventure that echoes our values. CLOTHING WITH GOOD STYLE Always offering clothing with good style. Our classics: Unisex T-shirts and Sweats designed with passion. For example, the embroidered design of this beanie is inspired by the landscapes and sunsets of the Southwest. LOCAL, ETHICAL, AND THOUGHTFUL MANUFACTURING Manufacturing a Sweat or T-Shirt in China doesn't make sense. Given the climate emergency, we prefer to collaborate with and support local workshops in France and Portugal.Read their story
