When starting Smoky Oak back in 2003, there was always a "method to my madness" and a mission--to bring a high quality, yet affordable products to as many people as I can. When a customer first sniffs my candles and all you hear is "Oooooohhhhh, I love this!!!", it warms this candle makers heart! I hand pour every single candle I sell, in small batches, to ensure quality is met with every candle. I test all of our fragrances and fragrance blends to ensure maximum scent-ability when burning. Additionally, our wicks are cotton, with no zinc. Soy is Eco-friendly and clean burning, which is so important to me as a breast cancer survivor. Read their story
