About Ruby Coffee Roasters

Ruby Coffee Roasters was founded by Jared & Deanna Linzmeier. After almost 10 years in the specialty coffee industry, Jared returned to his hometown of Nelsonville, WI to start Ruby Coffee Roasters. Starting with a 10 kilo roaster on a rural farm, Ruby now roasts coffees for customers nationwide. Jared's travel to coffee producing countries opened his eyes to many incredible coffees that hadn't been brought to the forefront of the marketplace. This inspired one of our Core Values, to make specialty coffee accessible & approachable. Read their story
