The beach is a place many visit for all sorts of reasons. In 2013 a Dad on the Oregon Coast and his two young children explored tide pools, looked for treasures, and took home special finds. After a few years, Dad kept finding sand in many pockets, seat cushions, and the dryer. As Dad loved to sew, invent, and reduce sand cleanup an idea popped into his head. A small bag with a mesh bottom that each of them could take to the beach and the sand would fall out as they walked. Each child has a bag that they kept their special beach treasures, Dad too! Dad also found way less sand when they weren't at the beach. Soon, he gifted friends and family these bags. With their support and feedback, small modifications were made. In 2016 Dad leaned in, learned and worked with entrepreneurial educators and the small business development center to bring Trezur Bag to the consumer and wholesale market. For many years Dad sewed every bag with the help of his two kids when and how they could. After searching for four years and many "no's" Dad finally found a local sewing manufacturer in Beaverton Oregon to produce Trezur Bag to the high quality standards needed for an outdoor product to be used everyday. From humble beginnings in two local shops carrying a few bags to being start selling product in1 shops along 120 miles of the Oregon Coast, Trezur Bag is growing steadily.
