Miliunverd emerges from the fusion between tradition and modernity. Long talks between a grandfather and his grandson, together with a desire to share the experiences surrounding extra virgin olive oil, resulted in this exciting project. From our family farms, we carefully produce liquid gold that intoxicates the most demanding palates due to its intense and different flavor. The Els Carlets farm, located in La Sénia, is the epicenter of the very limited production of Arbor Sacris. Product of our 19 millennial examples of the Farga variety declared as an Important World Agricultural Heritage System (SIPAM) by FAO. For Miliunverd, quality oil is a source of life, well-being and health. For this reason, we only take our olives to the best oil mills in the area and we rely on professional advice from the Institute for Food Research and Technology of Catalonia (IRTA). Read their story
