About Spices of the Sun
My story begins on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Growing up as a child I went to the garden with my grandmother, helping here plant and harvest many different produces. Without knowing it I was introduced to farm to table. Being able to experience planting my own crops, watching th grow and using them to make delicious meals is something that I hold dear to my heart. Because of my experiences and love for cooking, I have gone back to my roots and have combined the taste of the islands to create my line of hotsauces. My goal is to allow others to experiences the flavors and spices of the sun.
