Judy Butay Cacal of Butay Art is a Filipino-American traditional artist based in Oahu, Hawaii. She went to school and graduated with a degree in tropical agriculture where she cultivated her love for plants and nature. She enjoys creating art centered around the vibrant plants, flowers, and fruits she surrounded herself with.
