Couple’s Coffee was created by Army Veteran Steven Hainzer and his coffee-loving wife, Eva and is dedicated to supporting the National Military Family Association. We met, fell in love, and built a life rooted in partnership, resilience, and shared rituals. Today, we are raising our family in Texas with our daughter, Eden, and a son on the way. What brings us together each morning, and keeps us grounded throughout the day, is a simple cup of coffee shared together. Those quiet moments inspired us to create coffee that reflects both sweetness and strength, crafted to be part of the rituals that connect couples and families. Our mission is simple: to bring couples closer through exceptional coffee while honoring the families who sacrifice so much in service to our country. We both grew up in third-generation military households, raised by men who answered the call to serve. We know the ache of saying goodbye to loved ones without certainty of their return, and we witnessed the quiet strength of the spouses, children, parents, and siblings who carried the weight of service alongside them. Those experiences shaped who we are and why giving back is at the core of Couple’s Coffee.
