We started our journey in 2012, from the passion, certainty and the desire to make Menorcan honey, an ancestral honey, known to the world. With the help of beekeeper Antoni Anglada, we try to take advantage of the great organoleptic richness of honey from Menorca and present it under the Dolçamar brand. Little by little, other products always related to honey and derived from beekeeping, such as propolis and pollen, are being incorporated, combining them with other elements of the Menorcan countryside to offer small gastronomic gems of the highest quality.Read their story
