It is a ready-to-wear brand that highlights the know-how of Belgian, but also European designers and artists. ART 23 makes every effort to respect the Earth and people as much as possible. All our clothing comes from organic farming and is GOTS certified (at a minimum). ART 23 owes its name to article 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and satisfactory working conditions and to protection against unemployment. 2. Everyone has the right, without any discrimination, to equal pay for equal work. 3. Everyone who works has the right to fair and satisfactory remuneration, ensuring for himself and his family an existence that is in conformity with human dignity and supplemented, where necessary, by all other means of social protection. 4.
