So what the heck’s a Chupacabra? Well, it’s an ornery little mythical creature they say wanders around the Caribbean, South America, through Mexico and up into parts of Texas. It basically chases around cattle and such. The legend’s been passed down for generations. Everybody talks about them, but nobody has ever actually caught one. But remember this – you can use our rub on any meat, chicken, wild game, fish, veggies – or even popcorn – and it’ll be great!
