Designer Essential Oil Diffusers and Candle Accessories Candyl, pronounced just like candle, is the creation of USC MBA John Merrifield, who traces the 2020 foundation of candyl to two primary motivations: To invent a product that people love, and to create a sustainable alternative to single-use wax candles. Essential oil diffusers represent a reusable alternative to scented candles. However, something was missing from most diffusers on the market- that warm flickering glow of a lit candle flame. Candyl was envisioned to bring this unmistakable candlelight charm to an essential oil diffuser. With roots as true California garage startup, John built the original prototypes by hand, developing unique patent-pending illuminated flame and the ability to "blow-it-out" like a candle to turn it off. Today, candyl operates in multiple states and distributes nationwide, and continues to experience rapid growth. as the product catches on with delighted customers. I didn't receive 5 of the candyl warmers I ordered. Unfortunately, my employees were under the impression it was still going to be sent. They aren't willing to work with me, as the reporting period passed, while we were still expecting the rest to be delivered. I won't be ordering again.

We experienced such a slow fulfillment that we found the product elsewhere and tried to cancel the order. They wouldn't let us and we waited another several weeks before they shipped it. The price is average, packaging is adequate, and the quality is great. I would just allow a two month lead time.

Hi Serena, We allow cancellations no questions asked up until the date an order ships. It sounds like there was a communication error, because I can't find any Faire messages or emails from you at all. We encourage buyers to use Faire messenger to ensure we receive communications about their orders. While I apologize that your order was behind schedule as we restocked those items, you placed the order on December 27th and it was delivered by the carrier on February 6th. Lead times occasionally fluctuate based on what's in stock, but we hope to deliver more quickly in the future. Thanks for the order; I hope your customers have enjoyed the products.
