The Hülsenreich idea began with a large bag of chickpea flour, which Emilie ordered from the organic supplier out of curiosity. After many experiments, this gave rise to the idea of developing the perfect healthy snack from legumes. She took Gunnar and Simon on this trip. The two were immediately impressed by the idea of making more out of legumes: Proteins for snacking? Strengthen an underrepresented group of plants? The spark immediately jumped and they were there. In the meantime, we have chosen one from many ideas and developed a great product: Our crispy chickpeas are exactly what we dreamed of. We take the pure legume, process it gently and refine it so that no one can resist it anymore. Not only are the nutritional values of roasted chickpeas unbeatable, but also their taste.
