Gheek Beauty was born from a simple belief: that the rituals our grandmothers practiced in kitchens and courtyards across India were not old-fashioned. They were ahead of their time. Ghee on the feet. Oil in the navel. Herbs prepared slowly, with intention. These were not wellness trends. They were daily acts of self-knowledge passed down through generations. We named our brand after ghee, Sneha in Sanskrit, the word for both fat and love, because we believe the two have always been the same thing. To nourish is to love. To slow down is to care.
