TILIT was created to offer expertly built, beautifully designed, and hyper-functional workwear to the hospitality world. As a chef for 17+ years, Co-Founder Alex McCrery felt his work uniform did not represent the pride or functionality his career deserved. He was underwhelmed with market offerings for chef wear, and quickly discovered he wasn't the only one to feel this way. His colleagues also longed for great workwear. Through rigorous testing, creative collaborations, and a lot of sweat - TILIT was born the Fall of 2012. The rest is history. Read their story
