Based on fiery & fruity habaneros with red & smoked chillies, tomato & apple expertly blended, seeking to deliver that defined chilli ‘hit’. It is the hottest of the range & seriously addictive. 'My Wave' Piri-Piri Hot Sauce takes its inspiration from the classic & now familiar Piri-Piri seasoning. Fresh, fermented & dried chillies are combined with peppers, tomatoes & cider vinegar, along with the traditional lemon, bay & garlic, bringing a fresh piquancy & balanced salinity to a host of dishes. 'Fresh Tendrils' is based on the subtle heat of fresh & fermented green jalapeños.
