Parlor was founded in 2012 in the back of a barbershop with a single-group espresso machine and a dream to roast New York’s finest coffee. Today we supply coffee to cafés, restaurants, and home brewers across the globe from our roastery on the edge of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. We advocate for producers and foster transparent relationships with the same commitment that drives our pursuit of consistency in roasting excellence.
