About Lily and Sparrow Clay

Christine Marsden started Lily and Sparrow as a way to de-stress from law school, but making clay jewelry quickly became a little more than a hobby, and she realized it was a great way to bridge her passion for people and creativity. Now, she works in Washington, DC as an attorney by day and a clay jewelry artist by night (and weekend). For that reason, a percentage of all purchases is donated to the International Justice Mission to help fight human trafficking around the world. The shop name comes from Matthew 6:25-34, a passage that describes God's care for His creation and provides reassurance during times of worry. All pieces are lightweight and nickel-free (the average pair of earrings weighs about the same as a quarter!), and with a range of neutrals, patterns, and sizes, there's a little something for everyone!
