Food has always been at the heart of my relationship with my father. We bonded over cooking together, sharing meals, and discovering new flavors. As he grew older, he became more conscious about his health, particularly his sodium intake. This personal shift inspired me to create a solution—not just for him but for anyone seeking better options without sacrificing great taste. Two years ago, while building my career in food content creation, I saw an opportunity to fill a gap in the market. I took the earnings from my content work and launched Bailee’s Kitchen, a seasoning brand with a mission to bring bold, versatile, and health-conscious flavor to everyday cooking.
