I’m Parker Spencer. As a Marine Corps Veteran I founded Tekton Collective out of a passion for functional design and the timeless beauty of natural wood. Every butcher block I hold is more than just a kitchen tool—it’s hours of precision, sanding, and sweat to ensure it’s the last board you’ll ever need to buy. Every butcher block cutting board is made out of 1.5” thick Acacia that displays a beautiful unique wood grain in every board. They also include industrial rubber feet with stainless steel hardware; therefore, every board stays put while being used. When I started this journey, the goal was simple: to build the heaviest, most durable, and most affordable butcher block cutting boards on the market. However, I couldn’t do it alone.
