Does self care sound like a wonderful idea, but you just don't have the time for it? As an event coordinator for several years, and then as a caregiver for three children under the age of three, I found myself drained by the never-ending needs I faced each day. I loved what I did, and I loved my little people; but whew! I also needed to recharge! I see you nodding your head. You have a similar story, right? There had to be a way to relax that didn't require a trip to the spa -- it needed to be something that could be included in my daily routine. That was the start of my quest for small little pauses to renew body, mind, & soul so I could continue to give the best of myself to my work and my people. That is how The Small Pauses Co came about. It literally started with me making self care products in my closet. Eventually, we moved operations to a studio in Downtown White Bear Lake, MN.
