With various illnesses being diagnosed at an all-time high, and human life expectancy taking a dip for the first time since the Great Depression, we think it’s time we stop and take a good hard look at what we are doing to ourselves. Frankly, it’s depressing. At Svasthya, we believe nature provides solutions for common, everyday problems. Problems that, all too often in today’s world, result in prescriptions for drugs we don’t need. Most of which are accompanied by an unnaturally long list of side effects.
