25 years ago, five women eager to undertake gave shape to an idea that revolutionized the traditional food market. We decided to adapt our grandmother's recipes to the tastes of a consumer looking for different, healthy and sustainable dishes. But also affordable and easy to use, allowing you to save time and adapt to the current pace of life. With this philosophy, we created the Envasados Lola SCA cooperative and the Despensa la Nuestra brand in Villarrubia de Córdoba. A firm specializing in the elaboration of typical dishes such as salmorejo or gazpacho, vegetable creams and sauces. Or our olive pate, which we export to several countries and has been copied by other brands to satiety. Twenty-five years later, with the addition of new sap, we increased our commitment to ecology and the environment. For this, and with the new name of Ecological Packaging Lola, we continue to work and remain faithful to our values. The defense of an extremely careful and natural Mediterranean cuisine, made with the same love as always and without chemicals. Respectful of our environment and people's well-being. And that allows us to rediscover Andalusian gastronomy and continue to innovate from tradition.
