As a nurse with a passion for fresh, homegrown food and facing her own food intolerances, she noticed a huge gap in wholesome, free‑from snacks that actually tasted amazing. So, she started creating simple, natural bites in her kitchen, no refined sugar, no nasties, just real food that fuels busy lives. What began at her kitchen table quickly gained traction, even landing a listing at Selfridges. Fast forward nearly ten years, a global pandemic, three kitchen upgrades and a dedicated team, and Nourish snacks are now made in our SALSA‑accredited production kitchen, with every recipe taste‑tested by the whole team (yes, even the kids). We’re stocked in Ocado, Abel & Cole, Whole Foods, Planet Organic and more. Corporate partners including Google, Bloomberg and Lazard fuel their meetings with us, and independent retailers across the UK choose Nourish for its taste, quality and integrity. But we’re far from done.
