Hi, I'm Andrew, I started The Kilted Sweetie to put a modern spin on a Scottish classic. I wanted to make tablet something that people are excited to see as much as taste, and to bring a little joy along the way. Originally from Ayrshire my parents moved us to Canada when I was a teenager, so making tablet was a way to engage with Scottish traditions while abroad. When I moved back to Scotland I wanted to start something that could bring a wee smile to folk's faces and help share the culture that I value so much.
