Growee was born from Aman’s deep longing for the bold, vibrant flavors of his childhood in India. Growing up, his mornings were filled with the aroma of spices sizzling in hot oil—cumin crackling, chilies popping—transforming their home into a spice box. After moving to the U.S., while he didn’t miss smelling like a curry pot, he missed the rich, explosion of flavors that defined every bite back then. As a millennial who loved snacking and traveling, Aman wanted to recreate those intense flavors in a more convenient format, that fit today’s fast-paced lifestyle and diverse palate because recreating his mom’s dishes took hours.
