Born three months premature and navigating a body and brain that worked differently while growing up with severe OCD, a personal crisis became my turning point—leading to a deeper understanding of mental health, resilience, and the power of finding meaning in life's smallest moments. Recovery brought a profound shift in perspective: noticing how morning coffee steam catches the light, how a simple candle can transform dinner into something sacred, how creativity can emerge from the deepest struggles.
