El Grifo winery is the oldest in the Canary Islands and among the ten oldest in Spain. Founded in 1775, we maintain some 19th-century vines that mature on the hillside and are hand-harvested, one by one. Fire, wind, and rock create extreme conditions from which wines with a distinct character and personality are born, allowing us to discover the soul of a land and a climate unique in the world.
