Ashley Hedtke worked as a website developer and marketing analyst for more than a decade. She made the decision to change her career path and enrolled at Texas Tech University to pursue a position as a 7th grade English teacher. After several years in the teaching profession, she found herself frequently reminiscing about her marketing days, prompting her to return to that field. This led to the creation of Purely Cotton Candy. Having personal experience with allergies herself and with her children, she aimed to establish a brand that was free from dyes, gluten, and various other allergens. Her products have gained popularity in the Dallas, Texas region, and she is now seeking to broaden her market reach and share her passion for allergen-friendly treats with a wider audience!
