After more than a decade as a tea broker and tea shop owner I decided to focus on the tea that I'm the most passionate about and that during all this time I've had the luck cultivate relationships with some of the best farmers in Japan. I used to own an award teashop in Miami, coral gables called Small Tea, and after 6 years of successfully serving tea more that 100 different teas I decided that I wanted to specialize in Matcha so I created Chajin. I am 100% confident that the Matcha we source is of outstanding quality, directly sourced from the best farmers, at a very competitive price, and all ceremonial grade. Chajin now can provide you with 4 different type of Matcha. 1. Barista Matcha ( Best Seller ) Great for restaurants, cafes, or daily drinkers. 2. Everyday Matcha (Organic). Amazing quality and price. 3. Asahi and Gokou Matcha. Two different matcha cultivars from different farmers. some of the best in Japan.
