Colour Chronicles is home to ‘The Book of You: A record of childhood’ and ‘The Baby Book of You: A record of your first year’. We believe the world would be a better place if we all knew the story of how we became who we are so it’s our mission to bring beautiful and wanted books to the market that inspire families to capture their own unique story through thought provoking and playful prompts which are fun to think about, a pleasure to write down, and a gift to be able to read back. Our books have inclusivity at their very core. With The Book of You, we now have a tradition that when they turn a year older, we capture the year gone by, sit down and listen to what they have to say then take time for ourselves to complete the grown up’s pages and note down memories about them that may otherwise be forgotten. Each year it’s fun to look back and read their answers from the years before, see how much they’ve grown, and remember things they said. Then it's wonderful to capture the next chapter, continuing their story and seeing it build into a lasting treasury that they’ll keep forever. The Baby Book of You is the baby book I wish I’d had, no presumptions on family, no dictation on when firsts ‘should’ happen, room for humour, and thoughtful extras such as pages for family and friends to write welcome messages.
