Have tried several times to contact with the company Sagler, they do not respond. Now talking through Faire to contact comapny. Items on description you purchase is not what you always get , somes you pay for higher LBS but get sent lesser LBS. As of right now we do not recommend this company. Until they resolve this issue and ship correct items when ordering.

I did not receive the item that was pictured on their site - instead it was replaced with a subpar product. When I reached out to the vendor about this issue, they did not respond at all. Faire did help and refunded the order.

Bait & Switch! The company shipped a different product than I ordered and was invoiced for. They have not responded to my messages through Faire. They have no customer service contacts listing online anywhere. The product they shipped was a much less expensive product than I ordered and was invoiced for. They still offer the product I ordered in Faire. Absolutely no communication indicating that they were out of the product I ordered giving me an option to cancel or choose another product.
