I am sorry that we couldn't resolve the issues with your order when we did not understand what had happened. You first said that the items were missing and wanted a replacement. However, later on you changed your mind and had a query about the quality and then a third time, you went back to raising missing items. Different staff from your team were claiming different issues and we questioned what had really happened because all items were delivered according to the tracking. Perhaps you just wanted free products. We don't know because Faire cancelled the replacement order when they saw that you had messaged that you indeed, did receive the units. —Hairworthy • May 22, 2025
