About Britchida
Hi! I'm Brit. My work began as an exploration of play and ease. I had just turned 30 and was soaked in the tender and complicated stories I was carrying with me everywhere. Making marks became a path back to myself, and also, incredibly, to you. Now, my wife Danielle and I work together to run the Britchida shop and send my art all over the world. Our prints are made here in our home/studio where we are lucky enough to live with our pups Elsa and Miyoko. We believe that art can unfurl the things in us that feel the most impossible to explain and make us feel at home, even in this world.
