My name is Ileene Cho, a pastry chef based in New York City. My love for baking began in middle school in Fairfax, Virginia, starting with boxed mixes and a simple desire to make something for the people around me. What started as a hobby grew into a decade of professional training, but over time, I found myself wanting to return to where I first fell in love with baking. Cho’s Bakeshop was created to bring that feeling back.
