Artist and entrepreneur Lucy Kelly is the creative mind behind the jewelry brand bel monili and author of the upcoming book "Beaded Jewelry Made Easy" (Skyhorse Publishing). Lucy began bel monili™ in 2010 as a "hobby for-profit" and over the years has grown her handmade business from small local craft shows to 6 figures in revenue with features in national publications such as Country Living Magazine and FOLK. Lucy graduated from Duquesne University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in marketing and obtained her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Duquesne in 2007. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Erik, their daughter Evelyn, and their pug-Yorkie mix Oscar.Read their story
