Aloha! We’re Lin and Chris ter Horst, the epicureans at the helm of Maui Fruit Jewels. After moving to Maui in 2012, we were quickly enamored by the island’s exotic fruits. Lin—a professional pastry chef who trained at Le Cordon Bleu—began developing recipes to make those beloved flavors shine. We use only the best ingredients for our treats, from locally grown fruit to organic cane sugar. We’re thrilled to offer you our taste of paradise. Our treats have been recognized by Food & Wine, the Washington Post, and Hawaii Magazine. We also won the 2018 Good Food Award, as well as a silver sofi™ (Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation) Award for outstanding confection.
