Hi y’all! I am just a southern small town girl, and ever since I was a child I’ve always had a love for candles, whether it was lighting them for the flicker of the flame or lighting them for aromas… I could never get enough. One day it was brought to my attention just how toxic these candles were for me and my family’s health. So there I went to do extensive research. Two years ago I decided to make a change, and my goal was to burn only natural, non-toxic candles. Thinking these candles would be easy to find, but it was actually very difficult to find in my small town. There I turned from a candle lover to a candle creator. I started my two year long journey of research, testing, and hand picking the perfect clean wax, essential oils, fragrance oils and so much more (and believe me there are thousands of combinations) to get my perfect candle, that’s when my brand The Twisted Wick was born. I started with small vendor markets and farmer markets, and my town grew to love my all natural candles. So now I feel it is time to expand and share my knowledge and my hand poured creations in other cities and states for others to enjoy just as much as I do.
