About Station Sucrée

Hello, we are Sofia and Santiago, the creators of Station Sucrée: the first Argentine pastry in France. We are a couple of Argentinian lawyers and pastry chefs, passionate about our country and our culture, we have set out to share it with you. Since 2019, Station Sucrée has introduced Montpellier residents to our typical pastries called “Alfajores*”. In 2023, we want to share them throughout France. (*We say “Alfajor” in the singular and “Alfajores” in the plural, with a J in the middle, that Spanish J that is pronounced like an “R” that scratches at the bottom of the Alfarrrror throat! ). These products are the first Alfajor of artisanal quality entirely made in France, made by a multicultural team from local raw materials, carefully selected by our pastry chefs so that you can enjoy a 100% Argentine, 100% made in France experience!
