About Shining Star Candle Company

I always believed that my destiny was waiting to be found. In 2018 I believe I found it. My husband and I were walking around Disney Springs on our vacation and in one of the shops was a candle making demonstration. Candle making is a craft I was always interested in but was never able to pursue. When I saw this demonstration, my husband convinced me to give it a try. From that moment on, I was hooked. I tested and tried new scents, waxes, fragrance oils, wicks and vessels until I found a recipe for success. I gave them to family and friends who were more than happy to provide feedback. Very quickly I came to a point where I had so many candles, they were lining the shelves. My husband and I decided the natural next step would be to see how other people felt about the product I had crafted. This was the beginning of Shining Star Candle Company. With the support of a loving husband, we started a business during a time where small businesses were failing. Small batch, hand crafted, quality candles at affordable prices was the key to success. It is something we believe in strongly and will strive to keep this philosophy going forward. Read their story
