When I was a kid, my mom had a sweater. A very special sweater. It was cashmere. When she carried him and hugged me, he inscribed deep within me the immense tenderness of motherly sweetness. He radiated a human warmth that was inseparable from the love we gave to each other. When she wrapped me in it, that cashmere sweater, so reassuring, was no longer a sweater. It was mom. I am Charlotte, founder and creator of Lunö. If I have always been attentive to the materials, the cuts and the small details that make a piece of clothing suddenly become a unique and special object, it's because I grew up in the world of creation. I have been watching the styles around me a lot. At school, the discipline I liked the most was drawing lessons where I could develop my personal ideas. That's why, after my baccalaureate, I chose to join a graphic art school: ESAG Penninghen. Trained in graphic design, I worked as a freelancer for a few years. But something was missing in my professional life, I felt like I was on the wrong track. A short stint at the French Fashion Institute was enough to consolidate my desires and my projects: I will be a clothing designer. In 2020, I too became a mother. I ordered 4 cashmere sweaters for my store and the company is sending one sweater for skyhigh shipping cost. It turns out the other sizes are sold out. I can't just have one size sweater in my store and would have liked to have been contacted by the company about this. Now I have to pay skyhigh shipping cost for return shipping. And they don't answer my emails. Really bad service.
