Certified manuka honey from New Zealand, Our manuka honey is natural honey, which is obtained monoflorally from the South Sea myrtle from New Zealand. For this purpose, the methylglyoxal value (MgO value) is determined on the basis of double laboratory analyses. We always want to bring only the best quality — original New Zealand Manuka honey — onto the market, and stand for regular analyses. We test every new batch in two ways. The first analysis is carried out directly in New Zealand to check the value of the MGO content. Once in Germany, another independent test certificate is immediately issued on a German basis. This allows us to guarantee the stated quality and purity of each batch, as well as the MGO content, when distributing our Manuka honey.
