Motette launched in March 2025 and nearly sold out our debut collection within weeks. Since then, we’ve been named a top bamboo sleepwear brand, featured in Forbes and on Fox, and are slated for upcoming features in Good Housekeeping (Summer '25 Best Onesie Guide). But the story started long before launch day. Motette was born out of one mom’s frustration with cheesy prints on classic styles like onsies and pajamas. Our founder, Samantha Gold, wanted better for her own children—elevated staples that were soft, simple, and thoughtfully made. Co-created with over 2,000 moms, every Motette piece reflects real feedback from real families. From curated prints to details like two-way zippers and tag-free labels, our buttery-soft bamboo essentials are made to simplify life for parents and keep little ones comfortable from morning to night.
